When traveling to Macau, Portuguese cuisine is believed to be the best cuisine in the minds of the public. This Michelin restaurant from 2015 to 2023 is the restaurant that I am most looking forward to on this trip. The restaurant is two stories high. The green visual sensation gives people a sense of peace, and the red and white checkered tablecloths give it a very Portuguese style. The restaurant provides buns. The crispy outer layer and warm bread spread with butter are the most delicious appetizers. 🦐 Garlic Shrimp $158 The garlic shrimp balls are cooked with butter and garlic slices. The shrimp meat is chewy and full of flavor. The sauce is delicious when dipped in noodles. 🥦 Stir-fried vegetables with garlic $78 There are a wide variety of stir-fried vegetables, including broccoli, carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, onions, and choy sum. The taste is a bit salty when eaten alone. 🐟 Deep-fried cod with tomato rice $158 Fried Bacalhau is a very popular Portuguese snack. Bacalhau is mixed with mashed potatoes, shaped into olive shapes, and fried into golden balls. It is crispy and soft on the inside with a slight fish flavor. Served with tomato rice, it is filling and delicious. 🐟 Grilled fish fillet skewers $188 Looking up the dictionary, Monkfish kebab is actually monkfish. The fish meat is pearly white and has a firm texture. The fish fillet kebab is the best choice for skewers. 🐷 Suckling Pig $228 Roasted suckling pig is a must-order dish. There are only three pieces of suckling pig, which is a bit small. The roasted suckling pig has a crispy skin and is juicy inside. It tastes great when dipped in the salty and fresh sauce. The side dishes include homemade potato chips and salad.
