Not Hokkaido! It's Lushan!

Do people from Jiujiang keep the beauty of Lushan Mountain a secret? Haha, this place is like our own "Hokkaido." Ever since I found out I was going to study in Jiujiang, I've been looking forward to seeing the snow on Lushan Mountain in winter. The snow on Lushan Mountain is truly unique! When the snowflakes fall, every tree looks like it has been carefully carved by nature, covered in rime, with ice crystals that are so beautiful they leave you speechless. Ruqin Lake is even more charming in the snow, with the surface of the lake slightly frozen and the surrounding snowy scenery reflected in it, like a natural ink painting. Taking photos here is amazing, and every shot looks like a masterpiece. When it comes to Lushan Mountain's cuisine, you can't miss Lushan stone chicken. It's not actually chicken, but a kind of frog that grows in the caves of shady cliffs, with tender and delicious meat and a smooth texture. There's also Lushan bamboo shoot skin with braised pork, where the bamboo shoot skin absorbs the meat's aroma, giving it a unique flavor. In addition to Ruqin Lake, there's also Wulao Peak. Standing at the top of Wulao Peak, you can see the majestic mountains and ridges, with a sea of clouds rolling beneath your feet, creating a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Huajing is also worth a visit. It's said to be the place where the Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi wrote the poem "Peach Blossoms of Dalin Temple." Walking through it, you feel like you can travel through time and converse with ancient people. However, there are some things to keep in mind when visiting Lushan Mountain. The temperature on the mountain is low, so be sure to wear warm clothes, including down jackets, thick sweaters, scarves, and gloves. If you plan to hike, prepare comfortable sports shoes in advance, as the mountain roads are rugged and you'll need to conserve your energy. Additionally, there are various accommodation options on the mountain, but it's best to book in advance during holidays. People in the south always have a deep obsession with snow, and I'm no exception. I've already prepared a full set of snow-watching gear, just waiting for a heavy snowfall on Lushan Mountain. As soon as the final exams are over, I'll head straight to Lushan Mountain to experience the dreamlike world of ice and snow.
