Laojun Mountain has beautiful scenery that you can experience all year round.

1. Transportation Guide External transportation Airplane: The nearest airport is Luoyang Beijiao Airport. After landing, take a bus/charter car to Luanchuan (about 2.5 hours). High-speed rail/train: After arriving at Luoyang Longmen Station, you can choose to share a car (60-80 yuan/person to go directly to the scenic area) or take a bus (Luoyang Bus Station to Luanchuan, the ticket price is 35 yuan, and then take a taxi to the scenic area for 15 yuan). Self-driving: Navigate to "Laojun Mountain Scenic Area", take the expressway in the direction of Zhengzhou/Xi'an (get off at Luanchuan Station of Zhengluan Expressway), the parking lot of the scenic area is 10 yuan/day. Transportation within the scenic area Level 1 Cableway (Yunjing/Zhongling): A must-take! The round trip cost is 130 yuan, saving 4 hours of hiking time. Secondary Cableway (Fenglin): Optional, 80 yuan round trip, suitable for those with weaker stamina to reach the entrance of Shili Huaping directly. The Ten-Li Painting Screen is the highlight of the attraction, and it is even more worthwhile to take a detour through the Fairyland Tunnel. The night lighting time is 17:40-18:20. It is recommended to start descending the mountain 15 minutes after the lights come on to avoid the peak hours of the cable car. Traffic pitfalls It is more cost-effective to join a group (including tickets and transportation fees of about 125 yuan) to avoid being ripped off by illegal taxis. Other Tips Photo check-in spots: Sunrise at Jinding (5:00-5:30 in summer, 6:30-7:00 in winter), Ten-mile Painting Screen Cliff Plank Road, and telephoto photography of clouds on the second floor of Liangbaotai.
