located on the rooftop of thehoxtonhotel , pilot is a ~coastal mediterranean restaurant and bar~ that shares some stunning views of dtla an easy & casual rooftop bar with some solid food ! i can see myself frequenting here more often after work :) Your most simple but mighty pizza.. on focaccia ! it felt like a small deep dish pizza but much more light i can’t wait to try the other pizzas next time i’m a sucker for rigatoni and this one was definitely another winner - with slow cooked meat ragu and lemon ricotta, it was just the perfect pasta we ordered these after our meal when we moved to the outdoor rooftop area as a shareable and it was great ! the spice was really good and honestly, can never say no to fries personally, i would not recommend this one.. it was a little sad.. and not as crispy or battered as i would’ve liked ! 📍1060 S Broadway Los Angeles, CA 90015 #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing
