MACAQUES ALL AROUND THE CITY

More of the macaques! 🐵🙈🙉🙊The monkeys can be spotted riding on the tops of trucks, partying on top of power lines, frolicking on balconies, and generally making a nuisance of themselves. The quiet city of Lopburi, around 150 kilometers from Thailand's busy Bangkok, is home to the lesser-known yet intriguing Prasat Sam Yot temple ruins. It is the region's primate inhabitants who are famous, not the region's history or architecture. It is infected with long-tailed macaques, for lack of a better phrase. These little primates have become accustomed to humans and are unconcerned by the activity surrounding them, having been fed by both locals and visitors. #ancienttomb #lopburi #oldarchitecture#thailandmarkets#ancienttomb#historicculture#museumquest#bestislandtraveltowns#naturalwonders#culturalattractions

Narai Palace #Lopburi You must try it once📸 You will fall in love with the architecture of this place #must go Phra Narai Ratchaniwet or the National Museum of King Narai is a palace that King Narai the Great ordered to be built in 2209 on an area of 41 rai in Lopburi to be used as a residence, hunting ground, government office and welcoming guests. He stayed at the palace for 8-9 months in the late reign and passed away at Suthasawan Throne Hall on July 18, 2231. After the death of King Narai the Great, Narai Ratchaniwet was abandoned until the reign of King Mongkut, who ordered the restoration of King Narai the Great's palace. And built a new palace in 1856 and named it Phra Narai Ratchaniwet. Later, His Royal Highness Prince Damrong Rajanubhab and His Royal Highness Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong established a museum at the Chanthraphisan Throne Hall in Phra Narai Ratchaniwet on October 11, 1924, called the Lopburi Museum. In 1961, the name was changed to the Somdet Phra Narai National Museum. Currently, there are more than 1,864 antiques displayed in the buildings and palaces in the museum. #FatAnneInLawor #KennyAnneJourney 🌻🧸📸🌅 #ancientarchitecture#museumquest#naturalwonders#summervacation#urbanexplorer
