Shenzhen Dameisha - The seaside homestay I've stayed at three times

This is already my third time bringing family and friends to stay at this homestay! Firstly, the room type This time we stayed in a family room with two large beds facing the sea. I've stayed in almost all types of their rooms (the second time I came with a team, we had a variety of rooms) and each room has a different style, all very nice, and mostly all facing the sea. The experience is different in higher and lower floors! Cleanliness This is the point I care about the most when choosing a homestay. It's a private homestay, not many rooms, and the cleaning aunties are fixed. Sometimes the housekeeper helps clean too. My experience is that it's quite clean, the housekeeper has a good attitude, and they try their best to fulfill any needs! Room facilities The first time was an ethnic style room, and this time a family room. It has a massage chair, projector, and most importantly, equipment for cooking. If you're having a gathering with friends, you can tell the housekeeper in advance, and they will prepare everything before you arrive. The basic living tools are very complete (once I got my period, and the housekeeper personally brought me what I needed). Surrounding environment It's located on a hill. If you look up from the Dameisha pier, you'll see this homestay at the highest point. There's a rather long downhill road to the seaside park (and an uphill road back). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There's a variety of food options near Dameisha, but there's nothing for sale near the homestay, which is in a residential area (I usually order takeout, or eat near Dameisha beach). About playing Make sure to prepare sun protection and swimming gear. There are many places selling swimming gear near the beach. The family room is perfect for those with children, with large beds and the ability to cook for yourself. When tired, you can just lie on the bed and watch the projector.
