It is the first restaurant the couple has opened outside of Spain. The restaurant’s design draws inspiration from the cultural diversity and culinary traditions of the Amazon region. Evening diners are treated to live jazz performances in the main dining area, while the resident DJ brings electronic music vibes to the bar and lounge. Seco de Bife This dish of beef cheek is truly irresistible. The meat is so tender it falls apart easily, a testament to its thorough and flavorful slow-cooking.
