Borscht Soup Perfect for a hot day, this chilled soup was sweet and tangy, with a dollop of sour cream adding a refreshing and appetizing touch. Supreme Cod The cod was tender, with a crispy outer layer. The vegetable sauce at the bottom grew more refreshing with each bite, while the tomato-accented tang on top paired perfectly with the fish. The fried pastry also had a strong seafood flavor, making it a great complement to the dish. Chicken Holstein This fried chicken dish, done in a very Austrian style, looked almost like a schnitzel.
