This spot specializes in Chaoshan seafood clay pot porridge, cooked to perfection. You can choose between crab or shrimp flavors. Each spoonful of warm porridge, combined with white pepper and ginger strips, feels both healthy and delicious. The crab meat is incredibly fresh, and I especially enjoyed the crab legs—so meaty! The pork trotter and braised meat combo rice, chosen by my friend, was super tempting. The pork trotters were tender and sticky, and the sauce on the rice was uniquely flavorful—perfect for mixing! Braised tofu knots looked mild but packed a punch of heat. The chili aroma seeped right into the tofu, making it incredibly appetizing! We also tried a new dish—salted egg yolk-coated yam. The texture was so unique: sandy on the outside with firm yam inside, almost like yam chips.
