A must-visit market in London that has a variety of delicious foods: Borough Market, be sure to visit on weekdays

Although the UK is known as a food desert, I believe there will always be food that attracts you when you come to Borough Market! The last time I visited was a holiday, and there were so many people that I couldn't even walk, let alone take my time to look around and choose what to eat! This time we arrived as soon as the market opened at 10am on a weekday! As expected, there weren’t many people there (but it started to get crowded later in the day, and popular foods started to require queues), so it was fun to shop there! As soon as I walked in, I could already smell the delicious bread, but since I had limited space in my stomach, I had to be careful about what I should try! Popular must-try foods include: Seafood risotto (good!) Mushroom Risotto (the store owner let us try a bite, and my friend and I thought it was just average) Oysters (I didn’t eat them because I was worried that the stomachache would affect my future trip) Strawberry cup (priced at £8.5, unaffordable, better buy it at the supermarket 😅) Sweet winter shake (good!) Fish & Chips (good!) Next time I want to try Hainanese chicken rice and the super large meat sandwich In addition to cooked food, there are also some small shops selling cheese and fruit.
