Dinner by Heston Blumenthal 📍66 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7LA Located within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is truly the most outstanding Michelin-starred restaurant I've experienced in London. This Michelin two-star restaurant draws inspiration from historic British cuisine. Historically, the main meal of the day was eaten at noon, but by the mid-19th century, as people in cities started eating later, the main meal time shifted to around 5 PM. Like many Michelin-starred restaurants, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal offers a Chef's Table option, which can be reserved directly through their website. Inside the restaurant, you can also see the chefs at work through glass windows. The bread with fruit style butter tastes good. The steak is well cooked with red wine and this is my favourite!
