A high-quality, affordable hotel next to the British Museum in London

🏨 City Sleeper ❤ Recommended Reason: Hotels in London are quite expensive. After repeated comparisons, I finally settled on this one! The average price per night is 1300, and it's hard to find a hotel in London for less than 1000 RMB or under 100 pounds, especially during the peak travel season in July and August. 🌟 Highlights: Prime location: Located opposite the UCL IOE College, 5 minutes from the Russel Square subway station, 5 minutes from the British Museum, and within walking distance to attractions in Zone 1 such as Oxford Street, Covent Garden, and the London Eye. 🛏 Room Facilities: Hotels do not provide disposable toiletries, so you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. However, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap are provided, as well as an iron, hairdryer, and safe. Overall, it's quite good. The rooms are bigger than expected, with new decor and facilities comparable to domestic budget business hotels like Home Inn. No air conditioning but there is a standing fan: Most hotels in London, or the UK for that matter, do not have air conditioning, but they do have heating. This place doesn't get hot for more than two weeks a year, and even then, it's usually just 30 degrees, which is a different concept from what we're used to. The lack of air conditioning can make it stuffy when the weather is hot, but the provided fan is useful, so it's not a big problem. 👍 Highly Recommended: If you're planning to get around by walking, this location can really save you a lot on subway expenses.
