I had been eager to try it since I heard about it, and last weekend, I went for a little break with friends. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Beef Tartare: It was very delicious. The basil at the bottom nicely balanced the flavour of the meat, and it was perfect when paired with the bread crackers. Burrata: Served in a cute little dish, the cheese had a strong milky flavour but wasn’t overwhelming, making it very refreshing. Burnt Leek "Mimosa" Style: This dish was quite unique. It was a large leek cut into sections, lightly roasted on the surface to give a subtle charred flavour, combined with the sweetness of the leek and the salty taste of marinated tuna.
