Hilton London Bankside

I had the best time at this hotel during a long weekend in London. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and good at what they did. The family connecting room was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and the bar was a great place to relax, with gentlemen at the door, and the concierge took good care of us. My son and I had a great time in the pool. It was our first visit... but it won't be our last. This is really a great hotel and the location is excellent! I stayed in a beautifully decorated King Deluxe room and appreciated the many touches that are not common in hotels these days. There was an ID card for the staff who cleaned my room. While I was out, my bed was turned down and small floor towels and complimentary slippers were provided. The check-in staff and concierge were polite, tireless, and vigilant throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent in both quality and the range of options available.
