It is a viewpoint of Pak Chom District, Loei Province, where you can see the Mekong River and the mountains of neighboring countries as far as the eye can see. This place opens in late rainy season, early winter (approximately, I'm not sure) or winter of every year. There are many services such as a shuttle service from the parking lot to the viewpoint.
