WEI Hotel, Tianmu Lake - A hidden gem for pet-friendly vacations. I drove to Jiangsu with my dogs during the National Day holiday. I chose Liyang in advance when searching for hotels. After a long journey, I was very satisfied when I saw the lake view in the lobby! The hotel is indeed pet-friendly. From the concierge to the front desk, the staff all love dogs. I booked a pet-friendly courtyard king room, which was CNY 500 more expensive than a standard room, so no extra cleaning fee was charged. The courtyard is large, and you can walk your dog by the lake when you open the door. The only downside is that the route is relatively short, about 20 minutes round trip. The hotel's underground parking lot has Tesla and Porsche charging stations, which are free for hotel guests.
