As I ascended the hill, the city's verdant hills were like velvet blankets, pink and purple bougainvillea peeked out from the rock crevices, and the wind carried the gentle fragrance of plants. The distant red bridge lay across the river, and together with the glass curtain walls of the tall buildings, it transformed the mountains and waters into half a city of human life and half a city of ethereal beauty. As dusk spread over the river, the warm light of Liucheng Pavilion glowed like an orange cloud. The musical fountain sent up streams of water in purple and blue lights, and the bridge's light strips dyed the river into flowing colorful silk. The evening breeze carried the lingering aroma of Luosifen (river snail noodles), mixed with the gentle lapping of river waves against the shore, as if kneading all the city's hustle and bustle into tenderness. Finally, returning to Manfei Hotel, the warm yellow light made the room feel cozy and soft. The soft sound of footsteps on the wooden floor perfectly caught the lingering light and shadows in my eyes—it turns out Liuzhou's charm is being able to understand its vastness and serenity from the mountaintops, and to feel its vibrancy in the sea of lights, ultimately allowing the day's story to slowly brew into sweet dreams on a comfortable bed.
