The guesthouse is located at the east gate of Shuicheng ancient town, a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The guesthouse retains the architectural style of the ancient town while incorporating modern minimalist decor, creating a very nice environment. There's even an osmanthus tree at the entrance, with its fragrance refreshing the soul. It's also friendly to guests who drive, as there is a parking lot right next to it which makes parking very convenient. The place is also filled with the ambiance of the old city life, with the overall architecture well-preserved, restored as it was. As it's a cool city, tourists flock here, and various hot pots and street open-air taverns are noisy until three in the morning. Life in the old city starts around noon, so don't expect to find breakfast in the town, and the guesthouse doesn't provide it either. Outside the south gate, in the new city market, there are many breakfast stalls, and I was amazed by the delicious Da Pai noodles. Hotel Rooms The rooms are clean and tidy, with a small courtyard at the entrance, full of ambiance. The rooms are upscale with smart toilets and automatic curtains, offering great value for money.
