Altitude: 4,300m, ascent: 1,600m, hike: 16 km. A certain level of physical fitness is required for hiking. Do not climb at night. Suggestion: Start climbing around 8:00 in the morning. It takes about 12 hours. It's cold at the top of the mountain. You need quick-drying underwear, fleece for warmth, windbreaker, knee pads, headlamp, hiking shoes (very important), trekking poles, at least four bottles of water, food, two lightweight high-calorie meals, and sunscreen.
