|—I didn't want to leave! Lijiang has so many hotels, it's overwhelming. But after a packed itinerary, I wanted a place to relax and unwind. After sifting through countless options, I finally found JI JIAN XIANG WANG, a true hidden gem. The moment I stepped into my room, sunlight streamed into the courtyard. I immediately wanted to melt into a lounge chair. Sadly, the snowy mountains were shrouded in mist—perhaps a gentle nudge to return someday. 🥹 The most thoughtful touch was a canvas bag upon check-in, filled with facial cleansing wipes, mouthwash, hand warmers, a complete nail kit, and more. As a glasses wearer, I was thrilled to find lens cleaning wipes! 👓 ✅ The restaurant was surprisingly delicious, with reasonable prices. We ordered three dishes and devoured every last bite! ✅ The staff were all incredibly kind and always greeted us warmly. My friend and I are a bit scatterbrained, and we lost our room key twice (thankfully, we found it both times🥹). We even left something in the room after checking out and they kindly helped us arrange a courier. ✅ The underfloor heating was perfect—not too stuffy—and I slept soundly. The aromatherapy spray provided with the turndown service lulled me into a deep sleep, a rare treat. ✅ Every corner of the hotel exudes artistic charm.
