When I gaze at the snow mountain, the snow mountain gazes back at me. The culinary feast at the InterContinental is intoxicating, bringing top-quality matsutake mushrooms from Shangri-La to the Seven Colors Chinese Restaurant. Whether served as sashimi or pan-fried, the taste is exquisite. Especially the pan-fried matsutake, which is best paired with butter made from yak milk, showcasing the InterContinental's utmost dedication to food. The design of the InterContinental Spa Center is rich in the stone-built village characteristics of the Lijiang Naxi tribe. The entire exterior design is modeled after the former residence of "Father of Western Naxi Studies" Joseph Rock in Yuhu Village at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Here, you can relax and embark on an immersive journey of dew bathing and wind combing, shedding all your fatigue. I have visited Lijiang many times, but this is the first time I have met Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in such a lazy and leisurely manner. The snow on the mountain peak seems to be blown into my cup by the wind, turning into the foam of my coffee, adding a bit of intriguing ancient town flavor to the rich aroma. Similarly, when night falls and covers the snow mountain's face, a few carefully crafted cocktails still allow you to feel the snow mountain's serene elegance. With a drink in hand, the snow mountain's essence is deeply hidden.
