Welcome to the historical and cultural heart of Lijiang's most beautiful park, the Wufenglou of Fuguo Temple🌸. ❣️Also known as Fayun Pavilion, Wufenglou was originally located in the Fuguo Temple on Zhishan in the northwest of Lijiang Naxi Autonomous County. In 1979, it was relocated to the northern side of the county town, by the Black Dragon Pool. The building is square in plan, a three-tiered, multi-angled wooden structure, standing 17 meters tall and approximately 18 meters wide and deep. 🎞️The first, second, and third floors each have eight, twelve, and four flying eave corners respectively, resembling five phoenixes standing tall and elegant, hence the name. The layout of Wufenglou is in the shape of a "Y", a typical layout form of Buddhist temples. The ceiling inside the building is painted with Tai Chi diagrams, dragon and phoenix auspicious patterns, with smooth lines. Its unique design and exquisite structure are the result of the collaborative efforts of Naxi, Tibetan, and Han craftsmen. 📝Address: No. 1 Minzhu Road, inside Black Dragon Pool Park 📌Place Name: Fuguo Temple Wufenglou 🎫Ticket: Free 💡Recommended Visit Duration: Half an hour ⛲Black Dragon Pool Park is located at No. 1 Minzhu Road, Ancient City District, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province. Formerly known as Dragon King Temple and Jade Spring Park, it was established during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It was named after the Qianlong Emperor bestowed the title "Jade Spring Dragon God", and the Jiaqing and Guangxu Emperors consecrated the "Dragon God". 🍀Listed in the "Famous Springs of China" and "Scenic Spots of China" directories, it is the backyard of the Lijiang Ancient City and is known as the "Royal Garden of the Mu Clan". Tips: ①There is a maintenance fee for entering the park, which depends on luck. If you really don't want to pay, consider entering from other entrances. ②It is recommended to visit in the morning or afternoon for the best views of the snow-capped mountains. ③Remember to use a telephoto lens for shooting, this will make the snow mountains appear larger.
