Libo Xiaoqikong, the emerald of the Earth

A cloudy day in Xiaoqikong is still beautiful enough. I plan to visit before the peak season and prepare for another trip in the summer. Then, I'll try some water activities. It's recommended to take the sightseeing bus directly from the East Gate to Wolongtan and then tour downstream in order, which saves time and effort. For accommodation, choose somewhere near the East Gate. This time I stayed at Huashijian Homestay, which was quite nice. It's a 3-minute walk to the East Gate, and the car can be parked right in front of the homestay. The free breakfast is plentiful, and the wontons are delicious. The owner is from Northeast China and is very enthusiastic and considerate, with excellent service and cleanliness. I will stay here again in the summer with my child. Yaoshan Ancient Village does not have performances every day during the off-season, so it's advised to inquire in advance before going. The Daqikong boat tour is worth taking, and it only takes 1-2 hours to complete the tour.
