Lost in a blue dream - As someone who grew up inland in the south, I've always been obsessed with the north and the sea. Dalian, located in the northeast and surrounded by the sea on three sides, has been a place I've longed for. Finally, on an ordinary sunny day, I arrived in this city. Dalian is too romantic, with its wide streets, beautiful buildings, and the azure sea at the end of the road, not to mention the enthusiastic people of Dalian. The sea in the south, with swaying coconut trees, is humid and vibrant, while the sea in the north has a sense of coldness and solitude, always murmuring deeply, silently accepting all who come to see it. I happen to be one of them. I like to go to the seaside alone, avoiding the crowd, in the early morning or at dusk, when the profound blue seems to swallow all my emotions, giving myself some time to indulge in this blue dream, floating, falling. Travel tips: 🏠: It is recommended to stay near Xinghai Square or Zhongshan Square. Xinghai Square has more updated homestays and hotels, offering more choices, and can meet the needs of those who want to stay in a sea view room. Zhongshan Square is more convenient for food, fun, and transportation, but the accommodation conditions are not as good in comparison. 🚗: Dalian's city area is not large, and the attractions are not too far apart. Public transportation and taxis are very convenient.
