The Gaia Hotel Bandung

This hotel is not like a 5 star hotel. Exterior architecture is unique and nice. However, the overall floor plan of the hotel is rather complicated and confusing. Finishing in the room is not neat, especially the toilet. There are no special facilities in the room such as scales, even the toilet cannot be locked. The toilet is also slippery and water comes out easily. My father had fallen in the toilet because of the slippery. Very few TV channels for a 5 star hotel. Old and unfriendly service. Breakfast is not special, lacks varieties, and tastes so-so. The swimming pool is average with temperatures that are not warm. Some hotel employees are very pushy to give a good review with the hotel employee's name.#thegaia #bandung
