Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort

We visited Lapu-Lapu City in the Philippines and stayed at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort. The resort is located on Punta Engano Road, not far from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, and is very convenient to get to. The resort is in a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort is in a great location with stunning sea views and beautiful natural scenery. The resort is modern and luxurious. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and all the staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff, who always served us with a smile. We felt at home during our stay. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable. Although there were no latex or hard pillows, the overall sleeping environment was good. The room was well-equipped with a TV, minibar, and a large wardrobe, but the shower had no door, which made it easy for water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. The main problem was that the room was not soundproof, and we could hear the noise from the next room at night, but the staff were very helpful in solving the problem. The resort has an infinity pool where you can swim while enjoying the stunning sea views, especially at sunrise and sunset. When we got up early in the morning, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was very considerate. However, there are currently only two restaurants open at the resort, so the options are limited, especially since there are no other dining options nearby. There are also some good restaurants nearby, such as Benjarong Mactan, DIP Nikkei, and Azure Beach Club, which are great places to eat. You can also try the delicious food at Cabana Grill and Seafood and Rami Korean Restaurant nearby. Overall, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort is a great place with beautiful natural scenery and friendly service, but some facilities are not yet complete, such as the artificial beach, which is a bit simple, and the spa, which is a bit expensive. But I believe that when all the facilities are complete, it will be an even better resort. If you don't mind some minor flaws, it's still worth a stay. I look forward to coming back next time when everything is even more perfect. 💫
