Lanzhou - Busy and delicious nightmarket

Zhengning Road Night Market is one of my favorite night markets in China. After the late sunset in Lanzhou, I wandered out to the Zheng Ning Night Market, a narrow alley with food stalls of sorts. Amid the variety, there were a couple recurring kinds of stalls, but all in all you can find various snacks and food from all over the Silkroad. Delicacies of various ethnic groups such as Han, Hui, Bao'an, Dongxiang, Uigu, as well as from communities in and around Lanzhou like Jingyuan, Xi'an, Xinjiang, will stimulate your appetite.
