Beautiful Beaches of Langkawi

Langkawi is an island in Malaysia and it is known for its beaches with calm and shimmering blue sea. Spending time alone on a beach is very calming and relaxing for me personally, I just love relaxing on a beach while reading a book. Langkawi is a very laid back island with village vibes, it’s quiet and peaceful. The most famous beach is Pantai Cenang, it is located next to many hotel and is very close to the airport. The beach area has many local open air restaurants, I enjoyed eating Roti Canai there. The second best beach in Langkawi is Pantai Pasir Hitam or Wild Beach. It’s located in a peaceful area with many guest houses around but not many places to eat. The best way to get around the island is Grab Taxi, it is fast and decently priced. You can also attempt to cycle around the island but it’s not really easy. One of my favorite activities in Langkawi is island hopping, there are many beautiful small island around where you can snorkel and enjoy tiny sandy beaches.
