It is recommended to travel Langkawi and Penang together: 2-4 days in Langkawi and 2-3 days in Penang. 🏨 Where to stay in Langkawi? There are three major areas for you to consider: Cenang Beach, Kuah Town, and Tanjung Rhu. 1. If you are here for vacation, we recommend you stay near Cenang Beach: the longest beach, convenient for eating and shopping, and the fireworks show is also here. 2. If you are looking for good food, then we recommend you to stay in Kuah Town: a local town with low spending, lots of food and drinks, and cheap accommodation but there is no beach. 3. If you want a more niche experience, you can stay at Tanjung Rhu Beach: Black Sand Beach is also here, but it is relatively inconvenient.
