Ocean safari at La Ventana. Who will we see???

La Ventana in Baja California Sur is mostly famous for kite surfers. But it is also a awesome spot to go for a ocean Safari. Local tour groups use small boats (and make sure you are getting the one with the rooftop for the shade) and take small groups of tourists for half day trip in order to see all sort of marine life. Marine animals that you will see depends a lot on the season and your luck. Throughout the year, you may spot killer whales, cachalotes, humpback whales, manta rays, hammerhead sharks and many others... Tip: it is not very pleasant to be on water during the storm or high wind, so check the weather and consult with the captain if it's a good time to go.
