Hillside Homes w/ Vivid Hues near Baguio

Be mesmerized by the flamboyant display of colors of the Hillside Homes in La Trinidad, Benguet - most commonly known as the Valley of Colors. The place is just situated near Baguio City - one jeepney or taxi ride from the city center (less than 5km away from the center, approx 15-30mins travel depending on traffic). The tourist spot is known for the bright colored houses in the hills which surely is stunning. It is actually a project of the local tourism department in cooperation with the residents to have their house painted in such bright colors by various local artists. You can take pictures from the hanging bridge or at the waiting shed to capture this beautiful artwork. Another great thing about this is there is no entrance fee - but there is a donation box where you can put any amount which will be used for the maintenance of the place.
