Fuuki Seimen Kenkyujo, originally established as a noodle factory in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1972, has expanded its renowned ramen shops to share their meticulously crafted noodles with a wider audience. Following their success in Roppongi, they opened a new location in Kyoto on November 15, 2024. 🍜Katsuo Kombu Mizu Noodles (¥1,300) Featuring noodles with a smooth texture and rich wheat flavor, this dish is first enjoyed with seaweed salt or wasabi. Afterward, the noodles are dipped into a chilled broth brimming with the umami of seafood and soy sauce. 🍜Chuka Soba (¥1,200) This offering pairs medium-thick noodles with a seafood and soy sauce-based broth.
