The Flavors of the Four Seasons in the Market

In the morning, I strolled through Kuromon Market, known as the 'Kitchen of Osaka.' The market is filled with a dazzling array of seafood, sushi, and oden stalls that make your mouth water. I bought a skewer of takoyaki and felt the city's vibrant atmosphere. The hot sauce and bonito flakes are the purest taste of Osaka. Then, I headed to Kyoto to visit Nishiki Market, known as the 'Kitchen of Kyoto.' This narrow shopping street is lined with fresh pickles, tamagoyaki, grilled eel, and other local delicacies. I randomly walked into a century-old shop and tasted freshly fried yuba croquettes, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich bean flavor. The market was bustling with people, and the vendors warmly greeted customers, filling the entire street with energy. In the afternoon, I bought a matcha latte and sat down at a tatami tea house on the corner, watching the bustling crowd and feeling the daily rhythm of the city.
