The weather is very good today. The ginkgo tree standing in front of the Goei Hall has turned into yellow leaves. This famous ginkgo tree has a beautiful nickname "Water Blowing Ginkgo".... It is said that it once sprayed water to put out a fire and saved the Goei Hall. Legends are always beautiful... It also left a touching impression in my heart. In Japanese temples, you have to take off your shoes when entering the main hall. The entire Nishi Honganji Temple is made of wood and is also a world cultural heritage! Walking on the wooden steps under the corridor, I found many interesting patterns on the ground from time to time. It is said that they are the ingenuity of the craftsmen when repairing the damaged ones. The temple staff pointed to the patterns... that is Mount Fuji... that is an eagle... The main hall is the "Amida Hall", which is solemn and quiet. You can sit on the tatami to worship or sit on a chair to meditate and let your mind wander....
