Japanese Retro Aesthetics Flea Market at Heian Shrine, Kyoto

This time, the plan is to visit the markets in Kyoto. Kyoto has a rich market scene, offering not only handmade crafts and lifestyle goods but also many irregular antique and flea markets. Our trip coincided with the monthly Heian Flea Market. Upon entering the Heian Flea Market, I was immediately struck by a strong retro vibe. I had no idea a market could be so visually appealing. It was a feast for the eyes, and I found many interesting little things: beautiful sundries, vintage toys, jewelry, porcelain, etc. Each stall was meticulously arranged, with carefully curated items displayed on small tables.
