Despite the bustling crowd and the gloomy weather, it was still a beautiful shrine! Famous for its foxes and the Senbon Torii (thousands of torii gates), the path leading to Mount Inari is lined with countless bright orange torii gates, said to number 10,000. The shrine's mystery and solemnity are greatly influenced by these features! Along the way, I saw many fox statues, each unique, holding jewels, rice ears, scrolls, etc., symbolizing wealth, harvest, and wisdom.
