Udon Shop Overlooking Senbon Torii - Nishimura-tei

During our hike at Fushimi Inari Taisha, we had the opportunity to visit Nishimura-tei, the udon shop located at one of the rest area in Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, and we must say it was a delightful experience. The shop is conveniently situated near the entrance of the shrine, making it a great spot to refuel after exploring the beautiful surroundings. We were lucky to be seated in the tatami room near the window, overlooking the scenic view of Senbon Torii or the 1000 Torii gate. We had kake udon, amazake, and of course inari sushi, since we're at Fushimi Inari Shrine. Tired and famished from the hike since morning, we gobbled up our food right away.
