Torimasa is a popular restaurant that is always full. The first thing that surprised me was that sashimi and tempura were served as appetizers! I wondered if they were delicious, even though they were a yakitori restaurant, but they were delicious. All of the yakitori had large pieces of meat! The liver was probably the best in Tsukimi. The sea urchin was topped with a lot of sea urchin. It seemed like the taste (saltiness) varied, but it was delicious. People in Hokkaido may not care, but I learned a lot about the parts of the fish that I couldn't understand even if I read the names, such as bonbochi and koniku.
