. 《Kamakura Pudding》 A pudding specialty store in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, where the good old townscape remains 🍮 They are handmade one by one every day in the in-store workshop using traditional methods that do not add preservatives ☺️ Their puddings are so smooth you can drink them ⭐️ They use 100% Hiruzen Jersey milk from Okayama Prefecture and plenty of fresh cream, so they have a rich, creamy texture I chose their original pudding, "Kibi Dango Pudding," inspired by Okayama's specialty kibi dango! The pudding dough contains millet flour and kinako, and when eaten with the warabi mochi and brown sugar sauce on top, it's just like the specialty kibi dango!
