The amount of 800 million yen, which will be divided into 2 parts: 500 million yen will be donated in the name of "Luffy" and the other 300 million yen will be donated in the name of Professor Oda himself. This caused the Governor of Kumamoto Prefecture to build a memorial statue of Luffy in Kumamoto to honor Professor Oda. The statue is placed in front of Kumamoto Prefectural Office.
