Day 2 – Cultural & Culinary Delights • Sukee Nasi Ayam 🍚 – A hidden gem for delicious chicken rice, perfect for breakfast. • Borneo Cultures Museum 🏛️ – The largest museum in Malaysia, showcasing Sarawak’s rich heritage. • LukouHub ☕ – A stylish and cozy café to unwind before heading to the airport. • Kuching International Airport ✈️ – Time to say goodbye to this beautiful city! 🚩 Sightseeing Route We started our day at Taman Sahabat, then made our way to Jambatan Satok before stopping at 101 Premier Food Court for lunch. We ended the day with a relaxing walk at Kuching Waterfront. On Day 2, we had breakfast at Sukee Nasi Ayam, explored Borneo Cultures Museum, chilled at LukouHub, and then headed to the airport. 🚇 Transportation 🚗 We rented a car, which made traveling much easier. Parking is generally available at most places. If you prefer, Grab is also a convenient option in Kuching. 📷 Best Photo Spots 📍 Taman Sahabat – Beautiful Chinese-style architecture and greenery 📍 Jambatan Satok – Great bridge views, especially in the evening 📍 Kuching Waterfront – Perfect for sunset and river reflections 📍 Borneo Cultures Museum – Aesthetic interiors and cultural displays 🍜 Must-Try Local Cuisine 🍚 Sukee Nasi Ayam – Tender chicken rice with flavorful soup 🍜 101 Premier Food Court – A variety of Sarawakian dishes like Kolo Mee, Laksa, and more 🏠 Accommodation 🏨 Hotel 98 – Comfortable and budget-friendly, located conveniently in the city. 💡 Tips for a Great Kuching Trip ✔️ Rent a car for flexibility, but be mindful of parking during peak hours. ✔️ Visit Kuching Waterfront in the evening for a cooler and more vibrant experience. ✔️ The Borneo Cultures Museum is huge—set aside at least 2 hours to explore properly. ✔️ If you love greek donuts, LukouHub is a great place to to grab them before heading to the airport.
