I have been to Kuala Lumpur several times, and I always choose to stay in hotels near tourist attractions in the city center, so that I can walk to various attractions! This time I chose a hotel that is a little away from the city center and near the royal palace. The hotel’s specialty is the rooftop swimming pool on the 27th floor, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city! We booked a superior room (no window) for 2 nights. The room was located on the 5th floor. There was no window anyway, so we couldn’t see the scenery outside. So the height of the floor was not the point. The point was to go to the roof to see the panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city! As soon as I opened the door, I saw that the layout of the room was very simple. There was an extra-large double bed, bedside tables, a workbench, a wall-mounted TV and a clothes storage room. The room was very spacious and there was no problem opening the suitcase anywhere! As for the bathroom, there are toilet, washbasin and shower room in order. The space is quite large and there are simple toiletries, toothpaste and toothbrush! Here comes the highlight: the rooftop swimming pool on the 27th floor has two pools, one is a super shallow water pool for children to play in the water, and the other is an adult pool where you can swim! You can see very far from here and really enjoy the scenery of Kuala Lumpur city center. There is the royal palace nearby and the skyline dominated by the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers in the distance as the background! The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the rooms here is a bit poor.
