The place had no frills—just wooden tables, Japanese posters, and a calm, quiet atmosphere that made me feel at ease. The meal was hearty and balanced. I especially loved how the broth had layers of flavor, and how the small side dishes added variety. It felt wholesome and satisfying, without being too heavy.
