#kualalumpurtrip This was my first time trying Day One Day One Noodle in KL, and wow—the Signature Braised Pork Noodles totally won me over! The broth was incredibly rich and flavourful, with a depth that made every spoonful satisfying. The braised pork was tender and juicy, almost melting in my mouth. It had that slow-cooked taste that feels like someone put a lot of love into it. The noodles were perfectly cooked too—springy, smooth, and soaked up the broth beautifully. Every bite felt warm and comforting, like something your grandma would cook on a rainy day. There’s a nostalgic charm to this dish that’s hard to find in many places. The portion was generous, the presentation was neat, and the flavours were spot on. I didn’t expect a simple noodle bowl to impress me so much, but this one truly did. I’m already thinking about going back for another bowl—and maybe bringing friends along next time!
