A special recipe shoyu brought Japanese seafood to the next level

#celebrateit A high-end intricate Japanese restaurant in KLCC that my friend treated me (yeah). Every item was DELICIOUS. Seafood was definitely some of the freshest—though the prices are also of the highest haha. What drew my attention was their shoyu, it’s not just the ordinary sushi shoyu, there’s an extra complexity and depth to it. I think they self-made the sauce by mixing different things in. The shoyu does elevate the palate experience even further. That said, it’s a place I wouldn’t repeat visit myself, but would never reject if someone is to treat me a lunch/dinner XD
