The surrounding area is very convenient, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. It takes about 1.5 hours to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the traffic in Kuala Lumpur is indeed a bit challenging. 🗺️ The location is excellent, and many major attractions and shopping centers are within walking distance. The hotel is decorated with a modern and vibrant feel, and the trendy design style is very suitable for young people. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool on the 12th floor, with an open view of the beautiful scenery of the Petronas Twin Towers. However, the swimming pool is often used for poolside parties, and the live music and dry ice effects make it very lively. Also, although the breakfast at the hotel is not very rich, the quality is acceptable. 📋 Our check-in experience was not smooth at first. By 3 pm, the standard check-in time, the room was not ready, and we waited until after 5 pm to resolve it. After the front desk staff mediated, they gave us a bigger and more comfortable room, which made us feel a little more balanced. The front desk and luggage reception were enthusiastic, but the overall management felt a bit loose, and the service awareness was not in place. 🛏 The layout of the room is very good and very spacious. In addition to the cleaning problem, the room key frequently failed, causing a lot of inconvenience. In addition, the music at the hotel is noisy at night, which is not suitable for the elderly or people who need a quiet environment. Also, be careful of motorcycle robberies near the hotel. Overall, the location and design style of W Hotel is indeed very attractive, but the service and management level is indeed lacking, suitable for young people who like a vibrant and trendy environment.
