I recently visited Fuiyoh! It’s Uncle Roger on Level 7 of Pavilion Elite, curious to see what the hype was about. The restaurant is playful and vibrant, with quirky decor reflecting Uncle Roger’s signature humor. I tried the egg fried rice, which was fragrant and had a nice wok hei aroma. The kimchi fried rice had a tangy twist, and the tomato fried rice offered a comforting, subtle flavor. While the dishes were enjoyable, I felt they could be bolder to truly match Uncle Roger’s MSG-loving persona. Adding to the excitement, the launch saw Uncle Roger breaking two Guinness World Records. One was for the most fried rice tossed and served in a ladle within 30 seconds, while the other involved the largest gathering of people dressed as Uncle Roger. These fun achievements added to the lively atmosphere, making the visit a unique experience for fans and casual diners alike.
