As for breakfast, it was average and edible, as long as I can get enough protein and vegetables. Although some traditional Malaysian dishes and curry were provided, they were too greasy and high in starch, so I didn't touch them. In terms of facilities, the swimming pool has a nice view, with an open and boundless view and blue sky and white clouds. You can lie down and rest here in the afternoon. There is also a steam room and oven for detoxification and relaxation. If you know how to play tennis, there is a court for practice. The children's play area is also suitable for parents to play. The only thing I think is the worst is the service of the staff. It is not as considerate as the Mandarin Oriental in Taiwan. There is also a gap in the service process. The communication process is not very smooth. Whether it is the waiter enjoying afternoon tea or requesting service from the concierge, I always feel "How can this be?" I won't mention the specific cases, but I really think this is not the standard of Mandarin Oriental and it is worth improving! In summary, Mandarin Oriental and Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur are comparable. They are both the top accommodation experiences in Kuala Lumpur. It's just that the expectation of service may need to be lowered first. Maybe next time you experience Four Seasons Hotel or Grand Hyatt Hotel, you may find a better one!
