YELLOW BRICK ROAD

Here's another colourful food post for you! I recently visited @yellowbrickroadcafe and had an amazing brunch experience. First, I tried their Truffle Scrambled Eggs. The eggs were super creamy and had that amazing truffle flavour, thanks to the generous amount of truffle paste. They were paired with crispy fried enoki mushrooms, which added the perfect crunch. Next, I went for the Egg Norwegian. This dish featured house-cured beetroot salmon, which made the salmon a stunning red colour. The salmon was so tender and tasty, and the yuzu hollandaise sauce added a nice tangy kick. Isn't it amazing how colourful food can instantly boost your mood and appetite? It definitely does for me!
