However, it's a bit disappointing that Marriott members do not receive happy hour executive benefits, which is said to be the best value for money Ritz worldwide. 【Location】Located in the hottest commercial area of Kuala Lumpur, right next to JW and Westin, and a bunch of shopping malls, the location is excellent. 【Service】The hotel staff are very professional and the service is spot on. 【Hygiene】The hotel is very clean, and the cleanliness is up to standard. 【Facilities】Apart from the executive lounge being off-limits, everything else is pretty good, with a rich buffet breakfast and a comfortable gym.
